Wow! well done to all
Today our whole school attended a remembrance service at our local Cenotaph in Pleasely. All pupils in our school each made a poppy to go on their class wreath to display at the church in Shirebrook. We also made a whole school poppy wreath, which had 6 poppies from each class throughout school, for the Cenotaph display.
We had a great turn out for our Halloween Disco. There were lots of amazing costumes.
In the new term our new Mini Crusaders and Crusaders were presented with their badges and certificates.

Term 1 Mini Crusaders and Crusaders received their certificates and badges in assembly. A big well done to them all.
Our end of term 100% attendance pupils received their certificates and badges or pencils, please join with us in congratulating them.
Unfortunately, our local church is closed over the Christmas period, but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying our annual Christmas Tree Festival. The children enjoyed retelling the Nativity story, particularly those that got to dress up. A big thank you to our local reverends for delivering the assembly!
Each class made poppies for a whole school wreath to lay at the Pleasley Cenotaph. All the school pupils attended the service. Also, each class made their own wreaths which were put on show at Shirebrook Holy Trinity church.
