    New Daily Mile Track

The new daily mile track is an all-weather track so your child can do the daily mile even if it has been raining previously and the field is still damp.  This has been a clever edition by the Sport co-ordinator (Miss Appleton). Here are some pictures:

The children are very excited to run on this new track as it will improve their fitness. This means that Sports day will not be much of a challenge. The children love doing the daily mile now that we have a colourful track.

    Yr 5/6 Football

The Yr5/6 football is tomorrow (18.09.18) and the team is ready. We all are hoping that they will win. Here is a quotation from Thomas Phillips -

“I am hoping we will do well this year as we didn’t do very well last year; with a new team this year I think we will do well. “

The event is taking place at Shirebrook Academy and it is on AstroTurf.
