  • KS1/KS2 Sports Days

    This year, our sports days (excluding nursery) were competitive between the house teams: Haddon, Hardwick, Chatsworth and Peveril. Haddon were our over all sporty winners. All our children thoroughly enjoyed this event and performed to their best abilities. We thank all the parents/carers who attended this event.  
  • Walesby Forest

    32 children out of years 3 and 4 went on a residential trip to Walesby Forest. This was for a total of 2 nights/3 days. All of the children who attended the trip had a wonderful time. Everyone said that the meals were nice.

    Thomas in year 4 said, "It was fun and I was never bored. I really enjoyed it and if I could then I would go again next year!"

    Oliver in year 4 said, "It was funny. It was an opportunity never to be missed. It was entertaining and hilarious."

    Jake J from year 3 said, "It was the best trip that I have ever been on and I will definitely go again next year. My favourite activity was body boarding."

    Brooke from year 3 said, " It was really fun and my favourite things were canoeing and the disco."

    Mrs Smith said, "I loved every minute of it. The children were wonderful but I got stuck in the bunk bed. I hope that I can go again next year."

  • Radio Mansfield Competition

    5 of our pupils will soon be stars on Radio Mansfield's breakfast show! The show will be aired between 7 and 7:30am everyday during the week beginning Monday 19th June and we will be the 'School of the Week!' The show was recorded in school and the pupils had to describe objects for the listeners to guess. They also got to meet the Radio Mansfield Mascot. I hope you have the opportunity to listen to our pupils.

    40 children, out of years 1 and 2, had a fabulous time at Lea Green for a total of 1 night / 2 days. They can't wait to go again next year! It included activities like go karting, rope course and climbing.
  • Easter Services @ St. Michael's Church

    Pupils from Reception up to Y6 walked to the Church today to take part in an Easter Service led by Reverend. Karen Bradley. It was clear how much the children know and understand about Easter and their singing was beautiful. We hope the Parents that joined us enjoyed the services.

    What a wonderful display we have had again this year. Thank you to all Parents who came in to vote. Everybody who entered received a prize and winners were chosen across the school. Enjoy the show below!
